The Ozark Research Institute, Inc. (O.R.I.) is a non-profit membership organization with over 2500 members worldwide. Members receive a wide range of benefits including a subscription to our quarterly publication: Journal of the Ozark Research Institute.
What is Power of Thought?
The “Power of Thought” is the ability to used the mind or “focused thought” to create positive change. Although O.R.I. is not associated with any organized religion, we consider what we do to be very spiritual. We generally focus on using the mind, through guided meditation and visualization, to effect healing in individuals and situations. We also work with hands-on energy at the intuitive level.

- Healing Circle Meditation
Every Tuesday, 7:30 p.m. central time

A meditation group where, through loving intent, distant healing energy is sent to those in need. The meetings are free of charge and open to anyone interested in using the power of your focused mind.

- First Sunday Meeting
1st Sunday Monthly, 2:00 p.m.
This gathering is an opportunity to share your energy techniques and participate in many different modalities of energy work. A one hour free lecture is presented each month. Meet others in the community who are practicing power of thought work and learn about many different healing modalities. Meetings are free and open to the public.
The Ozark Research Institute, Inc. (O.R.I.) is an educational, scientific, non-profit corporation organized under article 501 (c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue code, chartered by the State of Arkansas to conduct classes and research into the "Power of Thought" as it pertains to spontaneous remission, miraculous healing, and research into all manner of mind phenomena.
