What: 1:00 pm: Potluck Lunch. Bring a covered dish to share.
2:00 pm: Shelly Wilson - "Knowing Our Spirit Team" Each one of us has Spirit helpers, who are delighted to walk with us on this journey into consciousness. We will explore ways to meditate in order to connect more deeply with our angels and guides. This presentation will include a guided meditation to connect with our Spirit team.

3rd Sunday Energy Share

What: Experience the peace and healing of energy work. You may receive healing energy or share energy with others. You will have time to do both if you choose. This is an opportunity for our students to practice what they have been taught in class.

Workshop with Shelly Wilson
"Trance Healing Exploration"
When: August 11, 1:00 to 5:00pm central time

What: Join Intuitive Medium and Reiki Master Shelly Wilson for this experiential healing class. Trance healing is a type of mediumship, which entails working with doctors and healers in the Spirit realm. During a healing session, these beings will use the medium as the channel for healing to occur. We will be exploring aspects of trance healing, which will include meeting our Spirit helpers as well as achieving a light trance state through meditation and other means. In addition, ample experiential time will be allowed for self-healing and hands-on healing with practice partner.
